Grammar standard of conjunctions is review this week.

We will be beginning our chapter book, Bridge to Terabithia, study this week.

  • Tuesday, March 10th, listen to chapter 1 on audio and quiz on chapter 1
  • Wednesday, March 11th, read and discuss chapter 2
  • Thursday, March 12th, listen to chapter 2 on audio and quiz on chapter 2
  • Friday, March 13th Grammar Test on Conjunctions. Read and discuss chapter 3.
There is no homework for bonus points during the book study. Your child will have a study guide filled out for every chapter. Please try to have your child at school as much as possible.

Book quizzes will go home as I get them graded. If your child makes a D (60-69) or an F (59 or below) I have stamped the test sign and return. Please do so as soon as possible.
  • Please continue to talk with your child about their school work, homework, conduct, notes from the school/teachers, etc.
  • Let me know if you need me in any way!

Remember if your child is absent, I need a parent's or doctor's excuse within 3 days of them returning. Each student is only allowed 10 parent excuses for the WHOLE school year. After that they will need a doctor's excuse for their absences.
