If your child makes a D (60-69) or an F (59 and below), please sign the test and return it the next day. .

Please look over your child's agenda book and discipline folder every night. Encourage your child to always do their BEST at school!

This week's spelling words are review. They are stretch, cactus, measure, reason, coach, steep, twice, rayon, appoint, scoop, drawn, feud, jewel, fraud, royalty, hurried, scared, changing, buying, and obeyed
This week's grammar skills are review also. They are the 4 types of sentences and simple and complete subjects and predicates.
We will be completing week 5 in social studies. I gave credit on last week's social studies test for 2 of the questions that the majority of the class missed. That is why there are 2 different grades on the test.
Your child has homework on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. PLEASE check agenda books and make sure that their homework is complete and back in their binders.
Graded test papers will go home on Tuesday.
School dismisses at 1:00 this Thursday, September 11th.
Progress reports go home on Thursday, September 18th! Please review your child's grades with them and sign and return by Friday, September 19th! If you would like to talk with Mrs. Tillman, myself, or both, please send us a note and we will set up a conference.

Your child has homework in my class every night except Wednesdays. PLEASE check agenda books.
