This week's grammar skill is compound subjects and predicates.

We are working on Week 7 of studies weekly. Test will be on Thursday.

There will be a reading, spelling, and grammar test on Friday.

Last week's reading quiz comes home on Tuesday.

If your child makes a D (60-69) or an F (59 and below), please sign the test and return it the next day.  .

Your child has spelling homework this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. Reading vocabulary homework on Monday night and reading homework questions are due on Friday. Homework is listed in the agenda books!   

Please continue to talk with your child about their school work, homework, conduct, notes from the school/teachers, etc.

Coupon book sales are over tomorrow Monday, September 14th. Please return all orders or the original book by Monday.

Dare starts Tuesday, September 15th.

Progress Reports go home on Thursday, September 17th. Please review and sign and return as soon as possible.

Homecoming is next week, September 21-25. Dress up days are:

School will dismiss at 12:00 on Friday, September 25. I must have a note if your child is going home a different way than normal.

We will be completing week 5 in social studies. PLEASE have your child study the study guide. If you would like extra credit work for any lesson, please let me know.

Your child has homework on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights. PLEASE check agenda books and make sure that their homework is complete and back in their binders.

Graded test papers will go home on Tuesday. Sign and return any D(60-69) or F(59 or under) by Friday.

Test papers will go home on Wednesday of this week because of Monday being a holiday.
